Heavenly Healthy Refresher
A lot of beverages are tasty and many even pretty and colorful. But to have all these nice qualities and also offer a healthy breakfast alternative or a stimulating, refreshing drink is not that common. Here is a recipe that is so delicious, and yet so healthy that you may enjoy it quite often.

Heavenly Healthy Refresher
Ingredients
- 4 - 6 Dates (seeds removed)
- 8 - 10 Seedless Black Grapes (stems trimmed)
- 8 - 10 Strawberries (stems trimmed)
- 3 Fresh Pineapple Sticks (Or 1 cup Canned Chunks, Or 3 - 4 Canned Slices)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 cup Flaxseed Milk
- 1 - 2 cup Icecubes
Optional
- 2 scoops Fine Protein Powder (Unflavored, Mildly flavored or Vanilla Flavored)
Note
Serving Suggestions:
1) Serve cold.
Options:
1) If you are Vegan, skip the milk. Just use almond milk, flaxseed milk or water.
2) You can increase or decrease the fruits as you like.
