This is one of the easiest but most satisfying dishes you can think of. It is very easy to make and it does not really require any embellishment or decoration to make it beautiful or delectable. 

It is also great when you want to have a quick but healthy and tasty side dish, or a nutritious guilt-free snack. It can also make a delicious, wholesome lunch, perhaps with some cottage cheese (if you are not Vegan), or just by itself.

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Mango (peeled and cut into small chunks; if the mango has thin skin and not bitter, it need not be peeled.)
  • 8 - 10 Strawberries (thin slices)
  • 1 Banana (cut into chunks or slices)
  • 1 cup Black seedless grapes (or green seedless grapes)
  • 2 Ripe plums (cut into chunks)
  • 2 cups Pineapples (chunks, fresh or canned)

Optional

  • 1 tablespoon Sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • Whipped Cream (if you are not Vegan)

Directions

Step 1
Place all the fruits in a platter or other suitable dish.
Step 2
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or sugar substitute.
Step 3
Top with whipped cream, if you like.
Step 4
Serve cold or at room temperature.
