- 1 Small Onion (Yellow or Red, very thinly sliced)
- 1 - 2 Tomatoes (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Slices Cheese (spicy or regular)
- 6 tablespoons Olive or Avocado oil
