Delicious Healthy Fruits Nuts Smoothie
This is really a very delicious beverage. It is refreshing, healthy and an excellent alternative to a regular breakfast. It is very easy to make and will be greatly appreciated by you family, friends and guests. If you are Vegan, just skip the dairy milk.

Ingredients
- 8 Strawberries (stems trimmed)
- 8 Watermelon Pieces (trimmed and cut into small chunks)
- 1 Mango (cut into pieces)
- 2 - 4 Dates (pitted)
- 8 - 10 Almonds
- 1 - 2 cup Liquid (Dairy Milk and/or Almond Milk and/or Flaxseed Milk)
- 1 - 2 cup Ice Cubes
Optional
- 2 scoops Protein Powder (unflavoured or vanilla flavored)
Note
Serving Suggestions:
1) Serve cold.
2) Serve as a dessert with some whipped cream on top.
Options:
1) You can add sugar or a sugar substitute, if you like.
2) If you are Vegan, use almond milk, flaxseed milk or just water.
3) If the mango skin is thin, you need not peel it. I did not peel the mango in this recipe.
