- 1 bunch Long Green Bean (Sometimes called 'chinese long beans'; cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
- 1 Dried Red Chillies
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Urad Dahl
- 1 teaspoon Channa Dahl
- 2 tablespoons Oil (Olive, Avocado or Other)
Optional
- 1 /2 - 1 teaspoon Hing (Asafoetida)
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut (unflavored)
- 6 - 8 leaves Curry Leaves
