New Greek Salad
Sometimes we feel like using ingredients that are different for the typically used ones. For a salad, the main items usually used are Lettuce, Tomatoes and Cucumber. However, in this salad, other items are used along with an invigorating salad dressing. Salad dressing recipe is provided.

Ingredients
- 6 cups Spinach (lightly packed fresh spinach)
- 1/4 cup Radishes (red, thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup Black olives (ripe, pitted, whole, or sliced in half)
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- Sesame Seed Dressing

- 1/2 cup Raisins

Prepare the Salad Dressing as shown in this Recipe here. | |

Rinse the spinach in cold water. Pat with towels or spin in a salad spinner to dry thoroughly. | |

Tear the larger spinach leaves into bite-size pieces, discarding long stems. Place the spinach in a salad bowl. | |

Add the radishes, olives, feta cheese and raisins. | |
Step 5 | |
Toss the salad well with the dressing. Sprinkle a little more salt, if you like. Toss thoroughly. | |

Serve immediately by itself or as a side dish. |
