Refreshing Sesame Seed Dressing
This dressing was meant to go along with the New Greek Salad. However, it can be used for any salad to add a little peppy taste and flavor. It has healthy ingredients and is very easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl or a jar with a tight lid. | |

If using a bowl, mix briskly with a whisk or fork, or you can use a hand mixer and mix the contents of the bowl. If using a jar with a lid, shake well until thoroughly mixed. | |
