This is a refreshing blend of fruits and nuts that makes it tasty and healthy. It is very easy to make, and if you add protein powder to it, you have a small but healthy breakfast on the run.

Ingredients
- 1 Honeydew Melon
- 2 Small Apples (peeled, cored and cut into chunks.)
- 1/2 - 1 cup Walnuts
- 2 cups Ice Cubes
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks (Fresh, or canned in its own juice)
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 cup Milk
Optional
- 2 - 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 scoops Protein Powder
- 1 cup Yoghurt
Note
Serving Suggestions:
1) Serve cold.
Options:
1) If you are diabetic or don't want to take any sugar, add a sugar substitute instead of the sugar, or don't add anything at all.
2) If you are Vegan, skip the milk and yoghurt. Instead add one cup or more of Almond milk, or water.
