Yummy Easy Healthy Cucumber Salad
Some dishes are so easy and simple that they are not truly appreciated. For example, this is a simple salad that will be perfect with any suitable main dish. And if the main dish is spicy, this salad will prove to be an amazing equalizer.
I added this recipe just now, to offer you a wonderful healthy salad as a side dish, to go with another recipe which also I added only just now : Spicy Stuffed Peppers. However, I prepare this salad quite often as a side dish to several Italian, Indian or other hot or spicy main dishes.
