This is a healthy, delicious beverage, especially when you have aromatic, tasty thin-skinned mangoes and ripe papayas. Very easy to make.

Papaya Mango Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Payapa pulp (peeled or trimmed and cut into chunks)
  • 2 cups Mango chunks (peeled or trimmed and cut into chunks; if the mango skin is soft, no need to peel)
  • 1/2 cup Flax Milk
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Dairy Milk (skip if you are Vegan)
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 - 2 tablespoon Sugar (or sugar substitute)

Directions

Step 1
Place the fruits and sugar in a large blender.

Add the liquids to the blender.
Step 3
Add the ice cubes on top.
Step 4
Blend until the mixture is smooth. If not cold enough, add more ice cubes. Blend again.

Serve cold.
