Strawberry Banana Cashew Shake
This is a beautiful, delicious beverage that is healthy too. Refreshing and invigorating. Adding cashew nuts and nutmeg creates a variation. They enhance the flavor and taste and make it yummy. Adding the protein powder makes it a quick meal. Very easy to make. If you are Vegan, instead of milk, use almond milk, soy milk or flax milk.

Strawberry Banana Cashew Shake

Ingredients
- 2 cups Strawberries ripe, trimmed
- 2 cups Bananas ripe, peeled
- ⅛ - ¼ cup Cashews
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 cup Dairy Milk if vegan, substitute with soy or flax milk or almond milk
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg powder
- ⅛ - ¼ cup Sugar or sugar substitute
- 2 scoops Protein Powder optional
- 2 cups Ice Cubes
Instructions

Have a large blender ready.

Place the trimmed strawberries in a large blender.

Add the peeled bananas to the blender.

Add the cashews to the blender.

Add dairy milk (or substitutes), almond milk, sugar (or substitutes), nutmeg, and ice cubes to the blender.

Blend until the mixture is smooth.

If you like, add the protein powder.

Blend again for 30 seconds.

Pour into tall beverage glasses. Serve cold.
