This is a beautiful, delicious beverage that is healthy too. Refreshing and invigorating. Very easy to make. It can really be a quick meal.
Have a large blender ready.
Place the trimmed strawberries in a large blender.
Add the peeled bananas to the blender.
Add the cashews to the blender.
Add dairy milk (or substitutes), almond milk, sugar (or substitutes), nutmeg, and ice cubes to the blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth.
If you like, add the protein powder.
Blend again for 30 seconds.
Pour into tall beverage glasses. Serve cold.
