Ingredients

  • 2 cups Papaya pulp
  • 2 cups Mango Pulp Chunks peeled or trimmed and cut into chunks; if the mango skin is very soft, no need to peel
  • 1/2 cup Flax milk
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Dairy milk if Vegan, substitute with almond milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar or sugar substitute as needed
  • 2 scoops Protein Powder optional
  • 1 - 2 cups Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place the fruits and sugar in a large blender.

  2. Add the liquids to the blender.

  3. Add the protein powder, if you like.

  4. Blend until the mixture is smooth. If not cold enough, add more ice cubes. Blend again.

  5. Serve cold.
