Ingredients
- 2 cups Papaya pulp
- 2 cups Mango Pulp Chunks peeled or trimmed and cut into chunks; if the mango skin is very soft, no need to peel
- 1/2 cup Flax milk
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 1/2 cup Dairy milk if Vegan, substitute with almond milk
- 4 tbsp Sugar or sugar substitute as needed
- 2 scoops Protein Powder optional
- 1 - 2 cups Ice cubes
