2cupsPapaya pulp
2cupsMango Pulp Chunkspeeled or trimmed and cut into chunks; if the mango skin is very soft, no need to peel
1/2cupFlax milk
1/2cupAlmond milk
1/2cupDairy milkif Vegan, substitute with almond milk
4tbspSugaror sugar substitute as needed
2scoopsProtein Powderoptional
1 - 2 cupsIce cubes
Instructions
Place the fruits and sugar in a large blender.
Add the liquids to the blender.
Add the protein powder, if you like.
Blend until the mixture is smooth. If not cold enough, add more ice cubes. Blend again.
