This recipe uses wholegrain versatile Penne Pasta which is usually used in Italian cooking, but it becomes a gourmet dish when it is made in Indian Style. It is healthy, delicious and so easy to make too. You can also use regular Penne Pasta for this recipe.
When mustard seeds crackle rapidly or the urad dahl is golden brown, add the green chili. Stir fry for a minute.
Add the bell pepper, onion and half a teaspoon salt. Stir fry and cook until the vegetables appear glazed and soft.
Add the cooked penne pasta to the cooked vegetables. Mix.
Add the lemon juice and half a teaspoon salt. Mix thoroughly.
