This item is very easy to make, can be mild or spicy, and it is healthy too.
Cook the rice. Use this Link : Cooking White Rice
Place a medium non-stick frypan on medium heat. Add 2 tablespoon oil and spread it.
Place the burger patties in the frypan and heat them through for 2 minutes.
Spray a little oil of top of the patties. Turn them over with a flat spatula. Cook them for another 2 minutes or until the patties are golden brown. Do not burn them. When done, remove the patties and set them aside on a plate.
Add 4 tablespoon oil to the frypan.
If you would like more rice or to extend the quantity of the dish, add the rest of the unused rice to the frypan, add ½ tsp salt, add more of the other ingredients if you prefer, and mix thoroughly.
