This is a refreshing blend of fruits and nuts that makes it tasty and healthy. It is very easy to make.
Core the apple. Peel and cut into chunks.
Place the melon, apple, pineapple, walnuts, milk, almond milk, and sugar in a large blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Add the yoghurt and protein powder to the blender. Add more sugar or sweetener if you like. Blend until mixed thoroughly.
Add the ice cubes. Blend again.
Serving Suggestions:
1) Serve cold.
Options:
1) If you are diabetic or don't want to take any sugar, add a sugar substitute instead of the sugar, or don't add anything at all.
2) If you are Vegan, skip the milk and yoghurt. Instead add one cup or more of Almond milk, or water.
