This is really a very delicious beverage. It is refreshing, healthy and an excellent alternative to a regular breakfast.
Place the liquids in a large blender.
Add all the fruits, nuts and dates to the blender.
Add the protein powder, if you like.
Add the ice cubes.
Blend well until very smooth.
Serve cold.
Serving Suggestions:
1) Serve cold.
2) Serve as a dessert with some whipped cream on top.
Options:
1) You can add sugar or a sugar substitute, if you like.
2) If you are Vegan, use almond milk, flaxseed milk, oat milk or just water.
3) If the mango skin is thin, you need not peel it. I did not peel the mango in this recipe, because I used the thin-skinned variety.
