Veggie Fruit Smoothie
Sometimes we wish that we could get the benefits of both vegetables and fruits at the same time. However, not all the vegetables and fruits go well together. This recipe takes a couple of green vegetables and a couple of popular fruits, and results in a refreshing, tasty and healthy beverage. Especially delightful during hot summer days.
