- 2 tablespoons Onion (red onion, finely chopped or minced)

- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (or lime juice)
- 1/2 cup Salsa (mild, medium or hot)
Optional
- 1/4 Serrano Pepper (a small piece, finely chopped)
- 1 dash Black Pepper (freshly grated)
