Everybody knows that Italian Cuisine is Great! But what I want to emphasize here is that there are so many side dishes that go so well with Italian food. Here I have provided just a couple of simple items to complement a Pasta dish.

Ingredients
- 2 Slices Sourdough Bread
- 2 tablespoons Spreadable Butter or Margarine
- 1 None Cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 2 Roma Tomatoes (thinly sliced or chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian Blend Spice
Directions
Step 1 | |
Place vegetables, olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and spices in a bowl. Mix well. Serve cold. | |

Toast bread slices until golden brown. Butter them. Toast for another minute. Cut each slice diagonally into two. Serve hot. |
