Rice Pasta Veggie Mélange
Typically for a Pasta Recipe, we will find Sphagetti, Macaroni, Linguine etc. is used. But using Rice Pasta is rare. I tried it and it came out pretty good. The pasta was clinging almost like gnocchi but it was a refreshing variation to the usual pasta and I liked it. So I am sharing it with you.

- 2 cups Rice Pasta
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 4 - 6 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 Bell Pepper (coarsely chopped)
- 2 - 4 Roma Tomatoes (coarsely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dry Basil
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Optional
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Dry Rosemary
