Ingredients
- 2 Cup Brown Rice Pasta
- 1 Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 - 2 Green Chillies (Serrano Peppers) (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
Optional
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
Directions

Add oil to frying pan and heat on medium heat. Add mustard seeds. When they crackle rapidly, add onions, green chillies and bell pepper. Stir fry and cook for 5 minutes or until veggies are cooked. | |

Add salt and turmeric to the mixture and mix well. | |

Cook brown rice pasta according to package directions. As soon as it is ready, add it to the frying pan and mix thoroughly. | |
