Ingredients
- 4 cups Vanilla Yoghurt (low fat)
- 2 cans Apricot halves (or 4 cups of fresh ripe apricots halves)
- 4 - 8 tablespoons Sugar (or sugar substitute as necessary)
- 1 cup Blueberries (fresh)
- 1 cup Strawberries (fresh, sliced thin)
- Mint leaves (garnish)
Note
Options:
1) If you cannot get Vanilla Yoghurt, use plain yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
2) If you can't use sugar, use a sugar substitute.
