This dressing was meant to go along with the New Greek Salad. However, it can be used for any salad to add a little peppy taste and flavor. It has healthy ingredients and is very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl or a jar with a tight lid.
Step 2
If using a bowl, mix briskly with a whisk or fork, or you can use a hand mixer and mix the contents of the bowl. If using a jar with a lid, shake well until thoroughly mixed.
Step 3
Your salad dressing is ready.
